Natal

Cliffs, rivers discharging in the sea and mangroves full of natural life complement the spectacle that converts the capital of the State of Rio Grande do Norte into one of the most attractive tourism options in Brazil. White dunes surrounded by coconut groves, clear and warm waters – everything there conspires to make your stay in the city the most pleasant as possible!. But the beauty of the beaches is not the only attraction in Natal. The weather is hot, hot, hot and you’ll see that Natal isn’t called the City of the Sun for nothing. Even at its coldest sun-soaked Brazil often hits 24oC! What a way to escape the winter blues as Natal is at its hottest from December to February. Temperatures then stay in the high twenties

Pipa’s Ecological Sanctuary

Around 55 miles away from Natal, sightseeing opportunities await you at the Pipa beach. One of several beaches in the Tibau do Sul area, Pipa has rolling dunes, sweeping red cliffs, and white sand that stretches for miles. The water around the Pipa beach is home to sea turtles and dolphins, and the local government has strived to allow the beach to retain its sense of wild brilliance – possessing a beauty like no other beach for miles around. In the town adjacent to the beach, Pipa offers visitors an Ecological Sanctuary where you can learn about the wildlife of the area and the intricate balance of creatures who dwell in this part of Brazil. There is even a bay area here where the dolphins aren’t shy, and love to come swim with visitors!
